About Clara

With my label Clara Himmel, I want to make a sustainable social and ecological contribution through the production of clothing. My goal is to create environmentally friendly and fair clothing that makes no compromises in terms of design, the environment and employees.

A kitchen table, a stack of fabrics that were given to me as gifts and my first sewing machine: this is how Clara Himmel’s story begins in 2017.

After studying costume design, I tried out a lot of things. I worked as a costume designer and set designer in the theater for a few years, took a foray into the fashion industry and then realized that it was time for my passion project: Clara Himmel.
